Licensed Behavior Analyst works with school staff to provide 1:1 support to staff.
Onboarding Process
Step 1: Verification of Information
The first step in initiating services is completing the online intake form. After the intake is submitted, a diagnostic evaluation, insurance cards, and a prescription for ABA services are required. Once all three items are received, the Treatment Coordinator will verify insurance coverage.
Step 2: Initiate Services
Once all required information has been verified and completed, the Treatment Coordinator will initiate the assessment process. After the assessment is completed, the Treatment Coordinator will contact you to confirm the next steps to initiating services.
